Before the season starts they have to know exactly what they will do in any scenario.

You are absolutely right. You plan for the given scenarios. We know what the SBC bowl tie-ins are, we know when graduation is, and should know whatever else under their control is scheduled for.

It is not that difficult to prepare action plans for each scenario. One of the plans may be "unable to provide a bus" but I would hope that would be the last case scenario. I am only referring to bowls that are within driving range.

With the scenarios in place there should be a press release the day of, or day after the bowl announcement.
