It's hard to tell from the picture, but I believe the remaining section is part of the South end zone additions. They probably temporarily removed the bleachers to protect them from falling debris.

That is the newer/ previous addition- notice the "patio suites" at the top .

If the west side concourse grade/ height is going to be lower (for ADA standards) I'm curious how that will be tied in to the SEZ . Will there be a slope between the 2?

On each side of the tower, there is a ramp that zigzags down into the bowl.
