...I think the thing that is the biggest problem at WR is they play to many and no one gets in a rhythm. Playing 9 or 10 WRs isn’t necessarily a good thing. Take your 2 deep at each position and let them get lathered up. They rotate so many they are cold by the time their rotation comes back around. The WR position has been the most mismanaged on this team over the last few years. IMO. Guys not being used where their strengths are..

All coaches live in a bubble. That is why he and the AD need to have clear objectives for the program.

I am not connected…does Des just have a bunch of his friends coaching or does he want other guys, but is constrained monetarily and he had to live with what he has. If I were Des I would make some changes if the administration would give me some money to upgrade.

He liked,I believe 5, enough to give them a 2 year extension before the season started.
