Way more than a few years, even Tim Tebow couldn't turn around some of those gator thugs

That's kind of funny considering some of the guys on those Florida teams with Tebow.

I’d fire our coach today, without knowing anything about Napier’s situation.

I hope billy and Montrell enjoy the holidays.

And if billy can’t beat LSU, he’s no use to me.
I was just as ____ed at how things played out too. It's water under the bridge and it's business. When he realized how bare that cupboard was, I don't blame him for taking some of his former players. Do you hate our former players for making the choice to leave, too. He's getting paid by Florida, not Louisiana. His obligation is to that team, not his old employer and coaching staff.

Is it normal to have an overlap of time though. Wasn't he still able to use "our" offices, etc while working for them. Who paid him during that time. Seems like the tampering time.

Coach Robe said you never use your current employers fax machine and equipment to find your self another job.

So why was Billy allowed to do that? If he was?

My overall belief is that most coaches are bound to be fired eventually. Most brought in to rebuild fail. Most who are brought in after a very successful coach also fail, even at historically successful programs.

I’m all in for CMD getting more time. Unfortunately time is expensive. Regardless he needs to earn a new contract next year or be replaced. You can’t go into year four without an extension on the initial five year contract.
