A running QB absolutely breaks a defense. A running QB is also an injury waiting to happen. It usually happens deep in the season when you need them the most. That's why I prefer a passing QB that can scramble, escape the pocket, and has mobility. Those are the QB's that will pay off in the long run and win big games against P5 competition. With a passing QB, you need a really good running game to go along with it. As T pointed out in an earlier post, Zeon provided the running at the QB position, that we did not have, in some of our games, but we also lost him on a run.

Go look. It was actually a run-run option. He pulled it from the RB and kept it himself going forward, then getting tackled.
