There was over 150 total plays in the game. And one supposedly cost the Cajuns?

The aggregate of plays wins or loses a game. A famous coach once said never put yourself in a position where a bad call could cost you victory.

The body of work did just that.

Except it was one play with HUGE consequences. Instead of punting, the drive continued for a score. Not saying that cost the game, there were opportunities to win but that was an important call.

Like the pick in the end zone? That was a big play. Human nature tends to blame others and gloss over our own shortcomings.

Kind of like that log in one’s own eye thing.

The NFL announcers were refreshing, pulled no punches and brutally honest pretty much the entire game.

    It's not blame.

Coach speak. I would have liked to see the outcome if they got the 3 and out they deserved right there. But we’ll never know.

True. The self-inflicted things are brutal but the issue is mistakes from professionals is tough to handle. Like poppa said I would like to know what we could have done after that 3 and out we deserved.

What's this staff's current record in one score games?

I've heard the same many times but disagree, many games come down to the wire.

A bad call in the waning moments does not allow for the victim to overcome.

If what has been said were true, referees would be allowed to make a bad call on purpose and no one would object.

The team had overcome, in spite of the endzone pick the team had overcome their own shortcomings and the game was tied.

Seems like we are 1 play away from 3 wins this season.

So you mean we had 3 losses?
