The Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Department and baseball program will host Saturday Nights at "The Tigue" in April and May.
In November, it was announced that Saturday UL baseball games at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field in April and May would be played at 6 p.m.
Friday evenings at "The Tigue" have become special and has become the "thing to do" in Lafayette and the Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Department and baseball program are looking to make Saturday nights in April and May just as special by going with the 6 p.m. start.
The move was also made to give the fans a break from the heat of April and May and make a comfortable and relaxing environment. It's also going to give fans an opportunity to run errands or finish spring-time yard work and have the opportunity to watch the Cajuns play.
The debut of Saturday Night at "The Tigue" will take place Saturday, April 10 vs. Troy at 6 p.m. Other Saturday Night at "The Tigue" games include April 24 vs. Le Moyne, May 1 vs. Middle Tennessee and May 15 vs. Western Kentucky.
