Bulldozing the Cox building gives you a pretty nice spot for something like this..

Would allow you to connect tailgating all the way down Reinhardt, the oak, a new fancy quad, and then to the student timeout pen

Those are all corporate type tents they sell for a lot of $$$. We don’t want that.

Visually though, why not have a place for the same vendors that set up at every festival or farmers market to come sell their homemade soaps and UL wooden spoons

Exactly why wouldn’t you have Deano’s, or Don’s Seafood, T-coons, Legends set up tents and move the stage around to this area, with tables and chairs?

We can spend 65 million to redo the stadium but we can’t get a mascot and we can’t do something like this ?

Get a few onboard, promote them, and you will get everyone.

The Louisiana Champions Square needs to have permanent year round tents around the perimeter much like the old Lourdes Park down the 1st base line of the Tigue. Fitted with electrical outlets and lighting…it would work.
