IF GameDay would ever come to UL it would be even more embarrassing than the pitiful crowds at Cajun Field. There's not near enough passionate fans for something like that.
App, JMU, Marshall, Texas St, USM have it. UL doesn't.

Agreed. Also, we don’t even have a mascot for Corso’s headwear after he picks us! How embarrassing!

Yeah I don’t understand how you can do the big stuff like a renovation, but small stuff like a mascot, or creating a square with food trucks and vendors where fans can congregate we can’t do that !!

Yeah, quad or cypress swamp on campus? Would be a pretty look, but nobody there.
Outside of the stadium? LOL empty parking lot with a grocery store or UMC in the background.
You'd have to do it inside the renovated stadium with the band and cheerleaders in attendance with the few super fans like mullet, Ragin Dave, and Jeaux that would bother to go at 0700.

So what is the main area fans congregate before Cajun games? The Baseball Stadium and the stage outside of Cajun Field?
