Last year's tulane team had 8 bowl eligible opponents
And those opponents went 4-4 in bowls
This year's tulane team may only have 3
Cajuns 13 win team had 3

O'Bannon was the coveted recruit, from Artesia High outside Long Beach, Calif., who was going to extend the dynasty. But UNLV's iconoclastic coach, Jerry Tarkanian, had been in a long feud with the NCAA, and days before O'Bannon was to begin his freshman year, the Rebels were hit with a host of sanctions, including a ban on postseason play. "I cried like a baby," O'Bannon says. "It broke my heart." He was particularly galled by the NCAA's seeming lack of accountability. "They could do whatever they wanted because they were above the law," he says.

On Tarkanian's advice, O'Bannon had never signed a letter of intent—"a first-class move by Coach Tark"—so he was free to matriculate at UCLA

With signing days moving earlier and earlier how many HS seniors are signing the scholarship letter of intent before they turn 18 and thus is not a valid contract

    So 5 to 9.
Yea I knew that played good programs but wanted to point out their 13 game win streak in their 2nd FBS season. Victory tomm and they have a longer win streak than we have ever had.

WTH is in this contract? How long till they can actually go to a bowl, much less their own Conference Championship?
