Cajun Field’s upper deck isn’t being torn down because of its aesthetics. It’s being torn down because it has exposed rebar/ spalling and is a long term structural concern as well as an outdated layout

…..Just seems that if we had asked and presented the situation as an immediate or gonna be an accident…..then state money could have come in as prudent…..and I have posted many a time bout the horse races in for some bucks because of initial funding!
