Besides seating of course, which of these aspects will the east side incorporate and or have aspects of?
Education.

Will it go back to students only or still have visiting fans
Since the money is line itemed in Act 2 of the legislature it isn't a big secret. See below for details in the budget. NOTE: Priority 1 money is general obligation bonds that can be secured now. Priority 5 means it is a dream....that money will be available when the tooth fairy and Santa Claus come to an agreement.
Kinesiology, Hospitality Management, and Athletic Administration Complex, Engineering, Stabilization, Equipment, Planning and Construction (Lafayette)
Payable from General Obligation Bonds
Priority 1 $ 15,000,000
Priority 5 $ 22,000,000
Total $ 37,000,000
So as of now the state has allocated 15 mil. There might be other monies somewhere else that I don't know about.
While I'm not privy to much in the way of details on the Eastside I haven't heard anything regarding a change to seating on that side. As with most things it will boil down to funding and how fast they want to get something built. Do you roll with say 20 mil immediately? I assume we could find an extra 5 to go with the states 15 or do we push the timeline back a bit and get more funding together?
I don't think he looked nervous. I think he definitely had to tip toe around the East side question from Dave.
I think he had to do some savvy public speaking maneuver on the fly. He said, "lastly...I need to thank..." and got choked up. I think every in the room knew he was going to thank his family/wife (as he has done in the past), but I think he had an oh ____ moment and forgot to thank First Horizon, so he thanked them instead.
Jerry Prejean is a good dude, but I don't think you get choked up thanking him.
Anyway, excellent job Dr. Maggard and team. Looking forward of what's to come.
