Not solid logic, Louisiana already has a football stadium... too.

    Because it would be nicer?

Plus with soccer growing nationally mens soccer would be a great fit IF it was given any forethought. Still need two fields to avoid conflict.

    Just mulling.

Would be great for it to be FIFA compliant with US World Cup coming 2026. Not to host, but perhaps for a practice for one of the visiting countries.

A major thing that needs to be addressed is a place for football fans (not just Cajun football fans) to meet, drink, watch other games (preferably the stadium would prioritize other league games - but big national games as well) and hangout in a specific area. There should be something like a massive Legends in the Northeast corner, opened during tailgate, during the Cajuns game and after the Cajuns game.
    Hell the ____ yea!

I was thinking about this too before Georgia State game. If there was some bar (club la vela) style in the NEZ, I would be there two hours before kickoff. Raymond James Stadium with that big azz pirate ship. Fire dem Cannons!

By the way, New Cajun Field looks awesome.

    Great work Louisiana.

I have been, I have season tickets. But if a human is ringing up your purchase, that does not constitute as self serve to me. Self serve is an automated checkout process as well in my view.

I been saying this for years. I always said make the entire NEZ as a standing room only terrace , but with a stadium that is only 30k+ we have to leave room for expansion just in case.

We could do something like this at the top of the NEZ, but have to leave room for seats. Doesn’t have to be in the air like this though, but something like it .

    For us peasants

Nothing short of fantastic and is a VERY SOLID core to build an outstanding experience around. This can be a destination to be, BUT now we have to invest in marketing to capitalize. Lastly, it all goes for naught, if we don't have a good product on the field.

Taking Dr Maggard at his word in interviews, marketing will be funded now that we have something exciting to sell. Next up, is getting the product to be consistently good ... great would be better, but very, very few G5 programs are sustainably great. Being always good and then great 30-50% of the time would be a success.

Maggard said over 30k in the press conference.
