This class will be ok. Out recruit your competitors at 3 positions and you’ll win more than you lose. OL, DL and QB.
Recruiting is not a problem yet. Anyone that is proclaiming this is part of the problem only needs to look at the depth chart and most of the starters not including walk-ons were signed under Napier.

I know this wasn’t directed at me but you can ask big G the color analyst and ex coach. He told a family member of mine the exact same thing in a hotel at a road game this year. G thinks we would be doing bigger and better things today if not for the Baldwin hire.

. . . it is hard to doubt that, and no, this was not particularly aimed at anybody, but it is hard to fathom better runs than HUD’s first 4 years and Napier’s four years at any G5 . . . much less taking a position that Baldwin set us back 25 years when both those runs occurred within that period . . . now saying that NIL and free transfer will permanently set us back may be the most accurate statement that can be said at this moment . . .

He doesn't realize or no that UL was ready to give Billy 3.1 million to stay. More than 750K would have been offered to the right candidate. With only high school head coach experience and the OC in name only he should have been paid around 400K.

LOL. Nobody has ___ you dolt. You have an awareness issue that complicates your perception of what others feel about you. That's why most of the board has you on ignore..

And you may want to come up with a new acronym as even this site will flag you as it assumes you are talking about a vaginal disease when you type it... Only you.

No, that is projection on your part. Napier's contract was about the same as Coach Des when he was hired. They made that counteroffer to Billy Napier because he finished ranked in the Top 25 his last two seasons. Unless they hired a more experienced coach with a history of Top 25 finishes, which is highly unlikely such a candidate would come to a Sun Belt program, they were not going to pay another young coach over $1M. That would still put this program at the Top of the SBC in salary.

RP is is representative of the entire fanbase.

If the entire fanbase (or even a portion) got it wrong that is on the administration for lack of transparency.

Personally, I don't need to know. But putting misinformation on the shoulders of the fanbase is the wrong place to start.
