0% but available to be percentagized on an annual basis.

Still not enough to keep all the silver spoons active. Not even if they won the national championship the year before.

Calling rewards meaningless is one of the most presbyopic things I have ever read.

If the team involved appreciates the reward it can not be called meaningless by an outsider looking in.

With the new CFP format, conference realignment and a much stronger SBC, making the CFB is not only possible, it should be the goal. Winning the SBC is always our stated goal. We went to 4 consecutive SBC CGs and should have been 5 if Covicd Carolina doesn't run from the ass whipping. We finished top 16 in the country two years in a row and had the nation's longest winning streak. On two occasions, we were 2nd or 3rd in line to the NY6 bowl, and only by a missed FG and dropped Ragas pass in 2020.

Is there a chance? Not only is there a chance, there's a high probability.
    Preach!

The entire point of his post was the legitimate path Louisiana has to the CFP/NY6…and here you are discussing 42 other Bowl games.

I think what JAB is confused by is that some posters seem to want to post to be proven right about their opinion. Witness the basketball "fans" that come on after every game to post the same old tired drivel. (jacking up 3s, street ball, etc). I cannot imagine that each and every poster here does not want what is best for the university, it is just the delivery that sucks at times.

Stating a CFP game is just “another meaningless bowl game” is flat out ignorant or simply trolling. I’ll give you the benefit of doubt and consider you’re not ignorant …

Posters who think UL can be major college football program. Posters who think that a long way off. Posters who think UL wants nothing more than to be the best version of itself. Posters who think UL wants to be like other schools. Posters who think UL doesn't compare itself to P5 schools. Posters who directly compare UL to P5 schools.

Well, when your post is as absurd and ignorant as yours, it's kinda what you get.

Otherwise, if you'll permit me to have an opinion, I think the ceiling is a one-loss season where the one loss comes to a P5 opponent and UL finishes in the Top 25. That's the absolute max. More realistically, UL could consistently finish with 2 or so losses and make it to a mediocre bowl. I do not foresee a situation in which UL is ever invited to a P5 conference, and if they are, they will consistently finish with a .500 record.

Great idea. Slap on those crocs and hop in your your squatted truck. If you leave now, you can get the best spot at Sonic before your boyz arrive.

It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Nobody knows what the future holds 100 years from now. The ceiling for Louisiana is unlimited.

Dude, if it's meaningless to you, don't watch. It's weird how concerned you are that others might. You're the kind of guy that wakes up the whole house to let them know you're going to bed.
