1 day out, I think we're beyond any last-minute promoting doing anything significant to the turnout. Even with the optimism of CajunFun's most recent posts, hard for me to be positive about the lack of promotion.

Only push I care about is from the offensive and defensive lines. I don’t care if I’m the only one there to see it or if I have to park in an empty field across the street to walk across an empty parking lot to see it.

I hate to pick on your post, but I see this sentiment occasionally on RP. While a testament to your true fandom, we do still have to worry about fixing the attendance issue. Sustained low attendance will lead to talented players choosing to play elsewhere, and our OL and DL won't be able to have much push.

While I agree, and see that it’s discussed endlessly, nothing seems to be changing currently. I’ve spent enough time worrying about attendance the last few seasons. Hopefully the new stadium brings new excitement. Until then just win games.

Also I’m of the opinion that 25k fans as opposed to 10k would help the teams chances of winning. I mean I can only yell for the team and at the refs so loud.
