I hate to pick on your post, but I see this sentiment occasionally on RP. While a testament to your true fandom, we do still have to worry about fixing the attendance issue. Sustained low attendance will lead to talented players choosing to play elsewhere, and our OL and DL won't be able to have much push.

While I agree, and see that it’s discussed endlessly, nothing seems to be changing currently. I’ve spent enough time worrying about attendance the last few seasons. Hopefully the new stadium brings new excitement. Until then just win games.

Also I’m of the opinion that 25k fans as opposed to 10k would help the teams chances of winning. I mean I can only yell for the team and at the refs so loud.

We shot ourselves in the foot with the debacle at Ark State. We needed the enthusiasm of a win and a shot at Troy next week for the Western Division title to excite the fan base and ____ed it down the drain. Hope the students and fans still come out. It should be a fun game and hopefully a great atmosphere.

I’ll always support the Cajuns. That ASU loss killed the momentum we had. I’ll be there with my crew. It will be a nice evening. Time to start a new win streak!
