    The real trick is that if you can get a full scholarship from the university, then you basically get a check for the amount of your tuition every semester. That’s living the life right there.

    Real talk though. If you have a player that can get a full ride academically and are honest with them that they'll be treated as a scholarship player, a coach would be dumb not to take advantage. If Hebert was butthurt because he didn't get an athletic scholarship (caveat that an honest conversation did happen) and he wasn't willing to give it up to another player who needed it, good riddance. Team players win championships.

    . . . he did not qualify for academic scholarships . . . he wanted to come here . . . Not even sure he was offerred a walk on spot . . . we missed on him . . .
