Does anyone know the 5 players that were out on defense this weekend?

Dont place your QB behind the 8-ball on having to overcome something he shouldn't have to overcome.

Adding strength in the middle of the season is sensless when what he really needs is to maintain accuracy and finesse.

Ther is plenty of time for strength training in the offseason provided it's shut down in time to hone mechanics and accuracy through muscle memory.

And you know he tried to add strength? Or are you talking out of your ass?

I know three that didn’t start: Agu, Anderson, Guidry. Then Ossai got hurt and was out.

Flowers went out as well from a shoulder injury.

Flowers and Ossai both came back after a series or two. Dez mentioned something today about playing without 5 players on D but I wasn’t counting those two being they returned, but technically Dez is right.

    . . . CMD’s adjustments on the fly paid off . . .

Coach Zeno had a neat way to strengthen the QB arm...wet a football to make it heavy and throw it as far as you can on day 1. On day 2, throw short passes thru a tire for accuracy. This was an offseason workout.

I never saw Ossai come back. He went into the locker room and didn't return in the second half from what I saw in the second half. Flowers was in a sling; I didn't see him play in the second half.

    Anderson
    Edwards
    Guidry
    Agu

Ossai & Flowers during the game. Reduced our depth.

….Try shooting a basketball after pumping doing curls….bad…..but swinging a bat the same night of a day workout isn’t bad….I had posted this before on the subject about my conversation with Karl Malone the “mailman”…..he spoke about the misconceptions of weight training as he pumped weights every day including game days….so I just spoke a wow!
