I'm old enough to remember when ncaa didn't want athletes living just with athletes, then to get around that is when most seemed to go into off campus instead.

If i had a $1 for every allegation made in public or in a pleading that turned out to be false or partially false, we would have had a new stadium last year.
(Exaggerating, but I’d probably have a few thousand more dollars in my bank account)
Three sides to every story.
I still would like to hear the players perspectives on this. I'm not in their shoes but my mind is saying, fire the HC & any others involved and let us play the remainder of the season in honor of a fallen teammate. I would not care if we were 0-6 or 6-0.
I don't know, I think it might be better to let things get sorted out instead of just playing football the weekend after the incident happened. I get what you're saying they would play for, but it still might look insensitive if they choose to continue playing.
Truly awful situation though. It's a shame this happened at all. Prayers up for Caldwell's family and the NSU football team.
They had to shut it down. You have one player arrested for obstruction. And the authorities are not finished. Obviously, the staff does not know who else may be connected, if anyone. Cannot risk it going further south.
. . . when the fit hits the shan, it’s time to turn off the fan . . .
So was a teammate for obstruction. Nobody arrested for the actual murder yet.
Not much traffic.

Players get an indirect say.....Just guessing here but I'd anticipate their outgoing player portal counts gonna get very busy in December in the next available window.
. . . they 0 and 6 in the Southland . . . not sure that amounts to too much portal material . . .
