Which SWAC teams play UL softball?

Jackson State and Texas Southern in recent years. And softball also plays almost every single SLC program just like baseball.

Who would you add that would make a difference from an RPI calculation stand point? UNO would be a good choice. Lamar is still never going to come back here. All the other drivable schools for a midweek game are already on the schedule.

SBC Baseball had an RPI of 6th last season. Seven teams finished in the TOP 100 in RPI, the 8th was 104. Losses at Marshall and South Alabama killed our RPI late in the season. In general half the SBC programs are good. I have no problem with the way we scheduled for 2024.

SBC Softball had 4 teams in the Top 100 RPI. Playing on the road against strong RPI programs makes sense considering how the Cajuns were treated in hosting. I have no problem with the schedule either.
