Seems like this is the more expected outcome. Flash some talent at a g6, get an agent/get interest from other schools, get convinced you can do more elsewhere and/or get paid. Mostly end up as roster filler at a p4 and play sparingly. Either end your career there or hit the portal again and land anywhere you'll actually get playing time. In this case Sun Belt to Big 12 to an HBCU.

Need to start using these scenarios as case studies for current players to thinking of making the jump.
