It really wasn’t. A very bad play by Zeon. Watch the replay, the receiver in the flat is wide open because his defender left him by watching ZC’s eyes. This is part of the learning curve you get with a Freshman QB.

Horrendous play call knowing you have a freshman QB with the legs Zeon has.

You at least get the FG.

I am not a fan of this bend not break game plan. We are always behind in points and have to fight to tie or win the game. That missed FG in the 1st really hurt us!
