What Should be Louisiana's New Mascot?

What change of identity? Think of it this way:

Alabama Crimson Tide - Elephant mascot
Tulane Green Wave - Pelican mascot
Louisiana Ragin Cajuns - Gator mascot

ironically the media gave bama theirs and they didn't have to spend as much as we have on branding. and same media never cost them anything by questioning their name either

Yeah, we can't do it because Florida does it. Sort of like Clemson and LSU. Both have tiger mascots, both play "Hold that Tiger" (so does Memphis), and both play in "Death Valley" stadiums. God forbid we do the basic things you would do with a Gator mascot, especially when only Florida and Louisiana are the ONLY schools with that mascot. Who cares?
