The Ragin' Cajuns are a national brand, and they should have a mascot representing them. We just relaunched the marketing of our new mascot, same as the old mascot. The Bulldog.

Our nickname is the Ragin Cajuns. Our mascot is a bulldog. Our spirit leader is either Cayenne or the Cajun Chicken.

Seconded. In 1921, after eating 5 links of boudin, a fiery fart was expelled from a SLI student. The roommate of said student described the smell as one from his families pet bulldog. The legend was born.
