I agree with Turbine they need to be more kid friendly, like Swamp. So here are a few more ideas.
An updated Fabulous Cajun Chicken.
A Lafayette staple, car wash.
Finally, a snowball. Kind of an odd one since LA is hot AF but we are known for our snowballs. The adult version “daiquiri” would be an awesome concession item along with snowballs for the kids.

Agreed, the mascot is already on campus in a really incredible habitat. All UL needs is a representation cheer leader roaming the sidelines engaging with the crowd, doing antics and skits.
