IMO the best fight songs in college football are ND, Michigan and USC.

I am also a big fan of when Tennessee scores and they strike up Rocky Top. That band makes Rocky Top sound very good.

There are some kind of music organizations with Greek lettering but those are not the same as your social organizations. I think Phi Mu Alpha is one but don’t quote me on that. The short answer is yes there are athletes and band members in Greek organizations across the country not sure how that translates to UL.

Its not just the music they play, but the fan interaction with the music. Listen to the whole stadium singing Rocky Top. Or, listen to the whole stadium spell out T-I-G-E-R-S after LSU's fight song. People want to be engaged not just listening. That is a huge reason why UL games are so boring and people don't care. They do not interact and are not invested.
