You’re right…even if yardage was lost or a penalty.

You mean like the football team singing Set it Off in the locker room after a win, and the band playing the song at a Football Game, and everyone likes it and we keep doing it ? That’s how a tradition might start?

If no one likes it just goes away .

As long as they show some RESPECT! That's how it's done.

Didn’t this all start by TxSt talking something in the first place and not respecting us ?

May not be the reason, but I thought I saw something to that effect? I don’t know if that’s why they sung it ?

    It's definitely worth a shot..

Problem is you get one shot typically. If it comes off sounding like s*** then it's more an embarrassment than it is something positive. The videos you posted are bands that have absolutely perfected that song...

But again it comes back to everything we do being reactionary... We see a video of the team singing a song, scramble to learn it in 1-2 weeks, cram it into the routine somewhere in the game with no thought to when it would work best, and ends up being a dud.

Someone from the band should have spoken to someone from the team weeks ago about new songs they would like to hear. It's not like the team learned the words in the locker room before TX St

I don't know about disrespect but they shouldn't have used a Louisiana rap artist in their hype video

Respect, Do Whatcha Wanna, Fight on Cajuns, are about the only things the POA does that resembles any kind of inkling of tradition.

Man I just got to say I think another winner the more I listen to is Narco (Timmy Trumpet)

I cannot find a Marching Band that does it. You know how awesome that song would be right before kick off.

Sorry I might be band nerding out, but we could totally own that song as a Marching Band. I been wishing UL would do some type of fanfare for years.

Thats the Edwin Diaz entrance song, right?

Play it every time Almandarez comes out to attempt a field goal
