We are going to have to change the entire way we think, and do stuff we have to shake things up and pull a 180.
Until that happens nothing will change .

The in-game thread today was actually mild compared to other game threads. It’s also decisively milder than TSAB’s score board forum during their games, and their games are packed. Sometimes 90k fans boo their own players over there, and their games are still packed.
JMV didn’t even start a Fire Des thread today. You just have it out for this forum and its posters for some reason, it’s extremely odd.
Did you just get into sports within the last few years or something?
I’ve got good news. We won. Against a damn good team.
2 weeks of promotion time available before homecoming.
Jesus. If they tell me that it’ll only be emails and social media, I’ll stand on Johnston with a homecoming sign.
Unfortunately you are right. However question was asked what should you tell someone if they ask why should they attend. Effort and Chriss is how I would answer. I know most around here don’t care about the Cajuns. In the rare occurrence someone cares enough to ask, I would try to give a positive answer.
The reason I don't watch football in person anymore is because of the fake piped audio. I want to hear fans cheer, fans boo, bands play, and cheer leaders cheer.
Exactly, Joe. It would be better if there was no PA, no announcer. It's like amateur hour out there. High school-ish. It's downright CRINGEWORTHY. From the "First down!" to the interruptions for you to please turn your attention to someone who donated something to the stupid giveaways... the whole experience just smacks TRY-HARD. They have monetized everything but going to the restroom. From the parking to the pregame student 'party' in an oversized playpen, it's embarrassing to be associated with this experience. I wouldn't bring someone who is used to better to this mess.
