And 95% of posters on here would agree with you, we are hardcore football fans, we are the 15-18,000…the point is how do we get others in Acadiana engaged? How do we get more students engaged? How do we keep them for the second half? Like it or not we have to offer more than just a “football game”
I go to watch football. Many go to be social and party. I really don’t like to be social when watching the game because I am very much focused on the game. However We need everyone: the socials, the locked in football fan, students, drunks, children, moms, dads, grandparents, away team fans!!

Tailgating and RV parking should be free on a first come first serve. There is basically zero demand.
Fine.. pick 5 or 10 spots and make people pay for those
The rest should be free every game until they are all full. If you don't have cops telling the overflow people "sorry, you can't tailgate here" for trying to put tents in unapproved places, then you are charging too much.
