Case in point, Louisiana just took advantage (or didn't) of a deep shot, and didn't score.

Still deep, shots are a long shot.

We haven’t shown the consistency on the line in pass blocking to take a deep shot there.

I wouldn’t have thought it was a bad idea, but I also don’t think his strategy is not “playing to win”.
