I've said it here in this forum and I will say it again. Administration does not understand ECON 101. We do not have a supply problem. We have a demand problem. At the price points the university is charging for everything, we will always have a demand problem.

Eh....I don't get bent over words. Less word and morals policing is a good thing.

Last night I caught a TAMU love fest on U. It seems students are staking out personal tailgating spots right next to the stadium for next game. That was immediately after the ULMost victory. Somehow they manage to not p I s s off their students in location, or heavy handed police tactics.

    Got it. I found it

Can’t really argue with the overall sentiment of those comments in the original post and the subsequent shared posts.

There is a huge disconnect between our admin and (potential) fanbase regarding pricing and disposable income. As mentioned in some of the FB posts, the initial 4-5x price hikes happened in 2015 while the oilfield crashed. It was the wrong time to do that

“Fair market” pricing isn’t fair market if it’s priced too high to sell

Repeatedly in those threads, the absurd Ticketmaster fees were mentioned. It’s a major issue for attendance

There are ways around it, but the majority of marginal fans we need to attract don’t know how to go around it

Amen, that's why I LOVE to use "forbidden" words. ____ those __________s.
