I have been blocked from many Facebook pages because I have called many out. They are embarrassed to come to alumni events.

UL and Tulane are the only schools in Louisiana that openly despise LSU. Neither has done a great job of engaging the students and retaining them as fans.

Troy is a little different, their fans have a favorite in the iron bowl, but are Troy fans first.
The hard core Tech fans hate them too.

No actually pro sports and college sports are completely different. Just like high school and college are completely different. High school you are restricted to the town you live in. I La there is only one professional football team if you choose to pull for the “home team” you ware limited to that one. Of the 3 college is the only one that you make the choice where YOU will go. IMO that choice you make of where you go to school is synonymous with who you will be loyal to. Well at least that would be the common sense approach.

Comparing pro teams to college is apples to oranges.
