Youth Football Night. Free tickets to flag football, youth football, and junior high football. Recognize the growth of youth football in the area , have them all on the field at halftime. #BradBoydBasketball
They've already designated this game as "service member appreciation" night
Sounds like that plus the blackout is about all the school plans to do.. and the only reason I know any of that is because Jay said it on the radio in a passing comment
I'm guessing they roll with these unis again: https://twitter.com/RaginCajunsFB/st...Tbd1HPnew&s=19
. . . darn those look good . . .
I agree Vic...you Barbies out there worried about a fn uniform for this game...better get focused on this game...
I promise you guys that no matter what they do or don't do Cajun Field will not be packed.
A superb marketing effort won't increase support significantly. There are simply not enough people left who care about the Cajuns at this stage. Most would prefer to watch the major games on TV. That in no way means I am suggesting we don't attempt to create an outstanding marketing effort. Perhaps a few more show up and if the team holds up their end of the bargain, we can build on that going forward. I am just pointing out the challenge of today's world.
It would take 20+ varied items of interest to attract non football fans.
"It's where the action is" being #1 on the list.
Don't kid yourself, the majority of those attending packed P5 games just want to be seen and are going because everyone else is going.
They couldn't tell you much about how the game is played.
Vary multiple points of interest and you start to see more than 18G at games.
. . . if you took a poll of fans that regularly attend Louisiana games you would be surprised at how many generally refer to us as ULL with absolutely no ill will and with complete naivety as to its significance . . .
