Yet you say a diferent dorm situation would have changed all that for those select few individuals.

You will have to show me a team in your preferred dorm situation that never fumbled and never threw interceptions and never got tired when forced back on the field.
No. I am saying paying attention to detail and doing the little things right consistently would have taken care of that. Developing the skills to do those things is part of the process that begins in January. I am saying by keeping your team together during the camp where there are curfews and bed checks will make your team much more focused on the things they need to be focused on during camp. When they are home and spread out across Lafayette there are way to many possible distractions.

It’s not rocket science. It’s common freaking sense. Those who think it’s all about where you sleep and nothing more or nothing less just don’t get it. There is a reason why coaches have done this in training camps across the country ever since the abolishment of the athletic dorms.

No. It was idiotic when joe said “they want to put y’all back in chains” just as it is idiotic to suggest that a coach who wants to bring his players together are putting them in chains. He is actually doing them a favor by making sure they get the proper amount of sleep and nutrition during that very rigorous time.

You might want to quit now because you look more and more clueless with each comment.

The pod was very good. Personally, I like it better when it focuses on the actual game and the team rather than peripheral issues, and this one mostly accomplished that. I enjoy the comments from the former player's prospectives as well. It seems the pod is getting improving. You guys seem to be keeping it professional and that makes it enjoyable to listen to. Keep up the good work.
