Literally 3 plays stopped this from being a blowout. A muffed punt, bad INT and failure to cover an onside kick. That’s 3 TDS. Without that it’s a 45-17 ass kicking.
Well, that's what I said. It should have been a blowout. We had 3 fumbles, 2 we lucked out on recovering. We had 2 poor interceptions, both resulted in a points difference, lost points and gave points. What about all the busted defensive plays? These count too. A severe loss of concentration and focus happened in the 2nd half. There were good plays too, thankfully, that's the only reason we won.
We are sandwiched between NW and Michigan on Minnesota’s schedule. Maybe they will be looking ahead.
Minnesota is an 11 point favorite.
