Mr Walker typically those kind of announcements will be made at an Iner-Fraternal Council (IFC) meeting. Basically in attendance will be the IFC board and a representing member or 2 of each organization, and a Dean of student affairs / student life. The dean will make the announcement in that room and each representative will bring the information back to their organization. No big announcement, no press release, other than the Student Life department and maybe T-Joe no other departments are not notified, except for those enforcing the rules, like the UP’s.
