Concept Helmet?

I am not trying to hijack this thread, and I don't want to start a new thread for designs I came up with.

I just wanted to do something different since we are the Ragin Cajuns, and we are Louisiana. I tried to do something similar to Calgary Flames Logo. I tried to do in good taste. So at the ends of each L I put a little flair.

Curious what yall think?

What about using the same L font from Louisiana in the CF end zones? It seems like this would be more branding consistent with Louisiana.

For some reason standing alone it does not look good. At least to me it does not look good.

I created this, but felt it could be better but I found it to generic but it could work. This is what I was going for.

I wouldn't go with any L only logo. That's just me.

Yeah, I'm with JMV on this one. The design is kinda bland, and I feel like having an L on our helmets will just allow other schools to harass us everytime we lose lol. I respect the effort tho.

Lets for the sake of discussion say the decision makers decided to go with an L to represent the school, like so many "University of" schools wisely do.

In my opinion, you can't beat the State of Louisiana outline for conveying an "L"
