Wanting to ask anyone attending UAB game if they will consider posting next week about likes/dislikes of their new football stadium. We're not gonna make it. Just am curious about amenities in their new stadium we might want to emulate for Cajun Field/Lourdes Stadium renovation. Thanks!

I’ll attempt to do a review.

After the rain delay I did a walk about around the stadium. First of all on the concourse level there are endless concession stands run by the county. No unique food I can remember seeing, but then I wasn’t there for the food. Nice cushioned seating between the 40s on both sides on lower level. We didn’t go upstairs but it looked to be all bench seating.

While on my stroll I ran into a member of the design team of Cajun Field. He noted that the club room at the field is very similar to our new club area less the club seating. They had no club seating just suites had seating outside the suite. Ours will have seating outside the club room which will stretch from goal line to goal line.

PS-We need an entertainment area like they had adjacent to the stadium. That area is used in conjunction with their large convention center and hotels.
