Well, Des coached under Hud and Napier and went through his growing pains in the same place. Coach Robe never stopped learning on the job. No one ever stops learning on the job, at least the good ones. You hear it all the time from coaches and players: football is a simple game when you boil it down. What makes and breaks programs is the systems and people you put in place. We bought the system, we have the people. Let's roll.

Yeah, must have been terrible. Hired by Dabo and Saban. Both called to give Billy a personal endorsement. And he's not elite because he didnt get a P5 head coaching job at Arizona State with no head coaching experience? LoL. C'mon brother. Napiers experience was head and shoulders above Des. That's not even up for debate.

I am not even debating Des and Napier's experience to each other, I would never make that argument.

I was pushing back on someone calling Napier's resume "elite."

Since everyone wants Des to succeed here, the first thing we need to do is kill this stupid thread. Second thing we need to do is get behind the NIL Collective. MH has nothing to do with it so save that excuse.

Why do you hate Dez so much, man? Harsh.
He told you and also Tboy68 it has been 25 plus years since he stepped foot in Cajun Field. Not sure why he lies about going to games and who he is. His character on this site varies alot from his in person personua.
