I don’t think any one on this forum is pulling against Des. Him being a Cajun and truly being home, having the kind of success Robe had would be great for him and the university. I’ve said before I hope he’s the winningest coach of all time here.

Those were coaches that Napier brought in from his previous coaching connections.

One of the concerns with Des was whether he had his own network of coaches to pull from. It’s up to him to build his own staff. Hopefully he is successful in that regard

. . . Many guys here are still trying to hold CMD to the standard in year 1 that it took Napier a few years to achieve . . . after Napier took a good bit of what he achieved with him . . . It don’t work that way . . .

I’m with you on that. We will find out in due time

Hopefully he can figure out how to succeed in the new world that is the NIL/ portal ____ show. That’s going to be his biggest hurdle imo
