It is adjacent to the primate farm. Hope it is for the primates, anything else would landlock the existing research center.

The Chitwood property is 2.69 acres with a 40'x75' building. If UL is also buying his other lot that is a 2.95 acre empty lot.

Okay I have a clear idea of what 5 acres are. My best friend in high school had a 24 acre horse ranch. They had approximately 5 acres in the front fenced off with some stables.
