When will we ever get to the point where we refuse to allow others to create our identity. We are more worried about McNeese, Tulane and LSU than we are about Louisiana. It’s really time that we get our heads out of other teams butts and stand tall as Louisiana . . . Hey, give it a try, it might be fun as opposed to showing up here everyday as your miserable selves and posting about other schools . . .

It’s always weird to me that people who went to UL don’t claim the school on their socials. Must have some identity issues. My affiliation with this university is something I will ALWAYS claim.

Well last time we were winning they shut us down.
Then we were about to move up and keep winning in another sport so they stole our coach and ran off another with accusations.
Then finally a third time we were winning again in their prized sport this time and they ignored that we had longest winning streak in the nation and then stole another coach and much more

It’s always weird to me that people who went to UL don’t claim the school on their socials. Must have some identity issues. My affiliation with this university is something I will ALWAYS claim.

Identity crisis bump. It’s a really crazy phenomenon. Some of the people I’m speaking about post on this very board! I’m thinking some of their accounts may have gone to UL and others to various state schools. Not me. All of my accounts/personalities went right here to this great university!

Nothing more than a tacit connection will ever be built through academics.

Louisiana would have over a billion in "academeic" endowments if students were historically connected though the passion of athletics.

If you don't build up your own school's academic reputation you are in essence downgrading your own and doesn't that hurt your own future prospects (i.e. resume). Investing in your Alma mater ergo is an investment in yourself, is it not
