Unless there are turnovers which skew things, I'm not looking for much of a high scoring game here.

And we will not win this game with a performance like Saturday.
We need to be able to run the football and pass block.

And you're right, we won't win this game with a performance like Saturday. In fact, performing like Saturday through the bulk of the season will yield us about a 3-9 record.

Hopefully the kinks have been worked out.

Pass protection and a lot less dropped passes would go a long way for this team to be successful.

Who are the other 2 we will win with Saturdays performance? What I thought would be 2 of the easier wins in the West (ULM and TXST) showed that is no longer the case. I think if we played like we did on Saturday, we won't win another game on the schedule.

Arkansas State and Georgia State look really bad but nobody on our schedule is unbeatable, even Minnesota.

You obviously have not replayed the game on espn+. Watch it again.

There is no such thing as an easy win. Only fools word this.

Just because you hear scum of the earth individuals say they're a better person than you because they pull for a P5 program is proof of their scum of the earth classification.

Remember that defense wins championships… this D-fence might be the best we have ever had here…. They are fast and they bring the boom. ODU will be a grinding game, but I will remind everyone of 2021 season that complained about the offense and said we won’t win games playing like that, well we won 13. Mistakes will happen, just don’t make critical
Mistakes and make less than your opponent.

I’ll be the first to say, we definitely won’t win games that matter if we keep dropping balls. Keep making terrible throws and muffing punts. Clean that up and we are super dangerous.

This defense is extremely fun to watch.

The defense was very good but against an awful offense. Northwestern was really bad, so let's reserve judgment.
