See. As a dumb fan, this is what I want. More Cajuns talk. Before, during and after the game. And during the week.

Tuesday - today, I’ve not heard the local morning show on 1420. It was national programming. Begrudgingly, I went to 103.7 for the first time since they announced that clown would be on in the afternoon. They had national programming too.

The lineup is the same on 1420’s web site. Did I miss something?
103.7 now has local programming from 9 AM to 3 PM. Previously, 1420 had local programming from 7 to 9 AM and Dave’s show is 3 to 6 PM. Not sure why nothing local was on from 7 to 9 on The Goat yesterday.

They're in the process of finishing off the station. Jay started the slow death several years ago. Now it's flatlining. Should be announced DOA by the time basketball season starts.

Not trying to start $%*& with you, but how exactly did Jay start the death of 1420. If I am not mistaken, and i don't think I am because Jay and I spoke about this, Jay was let go from 1420.

    Thanks, Mike.

I love(loved) listening in the morning during football season. Especially the Monday after a win. This week was kind of lame to say the least. Ragin Review helped, though. Listed to Locked on Sunbelt in the morning also.

I'll get to "We're Talking" today.

I think he meant when Jay left the station.

Man, I miss radio from the 90's. There were so many channels that each had great national sports shows. Also, we had so many local sports shows. Between all that and Rush, I would go all day without stopping. Home, college ,work, I had the radio going all day. I would even listen to all of the night shows while I studied like The Sports Junkies or Ferrall. It was freakin' awesome. I might miss Poppa Joe the most.
