I just visited Ann Arbor and Michigan's campus and athletic complex. Really impressive. Everything you expect a Big 10 university would be.

I also stopped in Yipsilanti and checked out Eastern Michigan. Only about 10 miles from Ann Arbor. Ugliest campus, athletic facilities and college town I have ever visited.

When you are gifted 2.1 million acres of land with mineral rights in the Permian Basin....well that's a lot of wealth.
