I'm with you. Losing to ULM in football is no big deal and acceptable. WOW have the standards from the SID been lowered? I guess you wanted Marlin around for another 3 or 4 more years also. This type of standards holds programs back.

Take out the 70-20 thrashing and most games with ULM have been too competitive recently for my liking.

Still find this poll ridiculous and demeaning for D1 programs whose athletes can walk faster than this guy can run. Pretty good bet the guy never played sports beyond middle school.

You have a point, but that applies to probably 90% of sportswriters across the country.

So still, for perception reasons, you don’t want to be on this list of someone who probably still has to have mom and dad subsidize his internet.

I NEED the hoax to really stink. Have 2 ULM friends. Beat them in everything last year, even waterskiing, except FB. But I hear about the choke job in football...all the time.

No. We shouldn’t need or want them to stink.

We just need to beat them, regardless of the season they’re having. If we don’t, then that’s on our program.
