Those are some good ones. I was at 3 of those, the App game and I was at the Brian Mitchell Arkansas State game (that was special) and the Colorado State game, I was not however at the A&M game, I will be honest about that. I was actually on vacation in Destin when that happened, or I would have been there. A couple of others:

Cajuns crushing UAB in a rainstorm (I hate to use something from the Baldwin era, but it was a great game).

My first home game back in many years when in 2011 when we beat Troy in front of 29K +. This one was personal to me.

The other would be the freezing cold game vs NIU in I believe 1990 and we beat them.

And even though it was a loss, the Cajuns hosting Alabama.

I wasn't around for your 2 thru 5 but I wish I could've. The SBC championship was a great memory but I was busy boiling crawfish all day I didn't get a chance to participate as much as I would've liked.

My number one would be the KState monsoon game. It was muddy ASF but some KState guys came by and we had a blast. Then watching Drew kick that game winner in the driving rain was perfect exclamation point.

1 - TAMU. It was spiritual and also terrifying. Cajuns4me went into arrhythmia right after the second pick 6. He lived.

2 - McNeese, 1977. 6 years old in the upper deck with my Dad. I'll never forget how loud and crazy everybody was that night. The hatred was real.

3 - NIU, 1994. Some were saying Leshon Johnson was the best RB in the country. One play, he breaks through the line and immediately is knocked into next week by Orlando Thomas. The hardest hit I have ever seen in my life. It literally echoed in the stadium.

    4 - Bama. I mean, it's freakin' Alabama.

5 - SBC Championship. Best Cajun football team in history.

Jake and the Cajuns beating Zombie LATurd in a freezer with 30mph North wind has to rank in all time wins. Believe it was Halloween or Halloween Saturday

    1. SBC Championship Game- watching us celebrate our first outright conference title in over 50 years was something special

    2. Texas A&M 1996 - I was 7 years old and will never forget the roar of the crowd when Damon Mason took the first pick 6 to the house.

    3. FIU 2008- It was cool seeing Fenroy get that 4th straight 1,000 yard season in front of 29k for homecoming

    4. Kansas State 2009- 49 yard FG to win it against a Big 12 powerhouse

    5. Troy 2011- This was the game that introduced the Hud era to us. Troy had won the conference the year before, and we came out in black helmets for the fist time at home in front of 29k. I was on the rail of the student section, and it was lit for the full 3 hours.

Honorable Mention: ULM 2011 and Southern 2009

Here's one that's not going to be on anyone's list:

    2003, loss to UH. 21-14.

It rained. And had a rain delay. Then it rained some more. The field was sloshy. The student section was basically a waterfall from each row to the next. My Nokia phone was toast. The band played for the entire rain delay. And I ended up marrying the girl who stood on the front row with me for the whole thing.

The UAB win was 2002. It was bustles first win.

UH played Tulane at Cajun Field in the Katrina year but was that the last time they’ve played us at Cajun Field?

the game you mentioned was the most rain I’ve ever seen at a football game that actually got played. It was nuts

    Yep. Can confirm.

That was a big win at the time. UAB had beaten us pretty bad in 2000 in Birmingham and they also won in BR that year.

We took it to them all game in the return game in 02
