#81, Jaydon Johnson, did drop a pass or two he should have caught but other than that it was status quo.

#84, Jathan Caldwell, did get nicked up in the knee, but he should be fine.

    The DL will cause problems.
I understood the splitting into groups, but when I attended under Napier all players were up listening while coaches were talking. Yesterday players were off to the side cutting up while only the players active in the drill were around the coaches. Our relievers dropped several balls.

Our DL looked solid, but I wasn't sure if it was they are as talented as we've been in the past or the drop in OL play. We seem much smaller on that side of the ball this year especially in the 2's.

Our LBs and backfield didn't seem as big either. Hopefully their speed can make up for it.

We sat at the top and normally sit 3 rows up, so maybe it was the perception that our team look much smaller.

That’s funny because I sit in high in section D-1 and was about five rows up from the bottom yesterday and thought our size looked good. Now, I took into account they weren’t wearing padded pants but thought they passed the eye test.

Yes, way too may dropped balls by the backup WRs.

Or you saying it looks like some of those little things at practice that equals a disciplined football team appears to have changed?

I don’t agree. Louisiana will win 8+ games.

I was talking about lack of people going to the games regardless of the teams record.

Maybe it had more to do with being over 100 degrees on a Friday than not caring! I would have liked to go but had other plans already. That won't be the case for football games.

It was actually pleasant with the breeze. Well about as pleasant as could be. Ribbon board is a nice touch. Sucks that it’s behind the light posts. The field looks terrible. Endzones are darn near pink. Beers were cold though!
