Never, ever offer just a 10% discount....especially on food...bogo or 20% off ....make it worth peoples time and energy...heck, even buy one get another for dollar is better...

I was just thinking any discount is a good impression for him as he's got those extra expenses as a new business.

I was talking to a restaurant owner last week, and he said they had to leave their A/C on low all night just to be decent the next day.

Playing catchup in this heat wasn't going to happen.
